The Larimer County Workforce Investment Board (WIB)
provides employer-led, strategic leadership to assist employers in finding talent for existing and emerging industries by convening necessary partners and to assist community  members in reaching their full potential.
 

 Board members represent private sector employers, education, government and community-based organizations committed to using workforce development strategies to positively impact the economic well-being of the Larimer County region.
